How do I enter a support ticket with Insights?

When determining when to send a support ticket and when to reach out to your CSM consider the following:

Send a support ticket if:

  • You are receiving an error message from Insights.
  • The app is not responding to your input or is not saving data. 
  • You have an issue with your technical setup

Reach out to your CSM if:

  • You have questions about how a functional area of the application works. 
  • You would like help strategizing how to create a process around the Insights app. 
  • You have questions about how to set up an aspect of the Canvas app for Insights.
