Enter an Insights support ticket.
When determining when to send a support ticket and when to reach out to your CSM consider the following:
Send a support ticket if:
- You are receiving an error message from Insights.
- The app is not responding to your input or is not saving data.
- You have an issue with your technical setup
Reach out to your CSM if:
- You have questions about how a functional area of the application works.
- You would like help strategizing how to create a process around the Insights app.
- You have questions about how to set up an aspect of the Canvas app for Insights.
