Release Update - January/February 2024

Summary of new features released and bugs addressed during January and February 2024.

Faculty Dashboard Update
On the Faculty Dashboard, users can now see their outcome variation.
Upload evidence for External Assessment
During the assessment plan creation, coordinators can upload evidence to be used in External Assessment, rather than having faculty assess in Canvas before doing Juried Assessment during their cycles.
Approve files for Juried Assessment
Ability to assign someone to clean up and/or prepare evidence for Juried Assessment, ensuring the best possible experience for faculty. If this is assigned, Juried Assessment will not proceed until the files are reviewed and approved.
Upload assessment guide for External / Juried Assessment
When planning Juried Assessment, you can now upload an assessment guide for your jurors, which will be included as a downloadable link in their multi-rater experience.
SIS ID added to data lake import
We added SIS ID to the import from Canvas to the Insights data lake to make matching demographics easier. You can now use either SIS ID or Canvas ID.
Rounding assessment score results
Assessment result scores in the Dashboard graph are now rounded up to the nearest one-hundredth (previously scores were unrounded decimals).
