What is the implementation process for Insights?

Here is an overview of the steps involved in implementing Insights at your institution.

Insights utilizes a unique cohort model for implementation that aims to connect you with other individuals who share similar goals. This model is designed to enhance your success in continuous improvement at your institution by fostering collaboration and support.

Implementing Insights is partitioned into two parts:

Insights Preparation - Cohort Onboarding

This process ensures our team understands your institutional goals for implementing Insights; provides resources to your team for learning Canvas Outcomes; and works with you to complete the technical setup of your Insights application.

Insights Implementation - Cohort Training

Cohort training consists of five group sessions over a period of 8-10 weeks. The goal of these cohort training sessions is to develop a shared language and framework of assessment (i.e., continuous improvement) for common understanding of process and procedures in Insights.  You will have the opportunity to develop curriculum maps and build assessment plans in Insights and know how to find results of your learning outcomes.

Additionally, will equip you with resources to become an Insights champion at your institution.
