Setup > Data Interpretation > Status
The Status field is where any errors in the Course Code Import would be displayed if there were any issues with the data intake from Canvas into Insights.
If your courses are not displaying as expected, please first navigate to this Status field. If this field has an issue listed, it may need to be resolved in Canvas. We are here to help you when you need it. Contact our support team directly at insightshelp@elumen.info for assistance.
Only Assessment Coordinators have the ability to view Status in the Setup menu.
