Adjusting the Completed Assessments Calculation
- In Tableau Desktop or in Tableau Online editing mode, navigate to any worksheet.
- Search for the “Completed Assessments Int” calculation
- The default calculation works as follows:
|
COUNTD( IF NOT ISNULL([Assessment Result Id]) THEN ( [Section Id (Assessment Results)] ) END ) |
- It is calculated by the Section ID. If a different grain of measurement is desired, simply replace the Section ID with the desired measurement, such as Cycle ID, Program ID, etc.
- NOTE: This is counted out of Planned Assessments. Please ensure your Completed Assessment grain matches that of the Planned Assessment grain.
